You should report the issue in the beta post here with more information that can help us to investigate, what is the subtitle type (dvb or txt), is it happening for the same channel? the channel has subtitles from the DVB stream...etc.
The beta post's main purpose is to collect feedback and fix issues if any, but issues without more details are difficult to re-produce and identify.
I will schedule this post for delete after you posting all details in the beta post.
Thanks for your feedback.

problem with txt subtitles
when translating from bbc news, cnn international, they are teletext subtitles that are obviously translated by an automatic machine, they go continuously, the translation is incomprehensible, because at the beginning of the translation there are always one or two words left from the previous sentence, and after a few minutes a wheel appears in the upper left corner, (photo attached) the translation gets stuck, then it starts up again and so on, it works for these news stations, it doesn't work for other German stations with dvb subtitles, for example, - I have vu+ zero4k, openatv 7.4 stable version and the translation service paid for a year

Could you please let me know which satellite, I will try to reproduce the issue from my side to define the root cause? The reported issue behavior was there in the initial beta versions but it is fixed already on the official beta version and stable versin.

Astra satellite 19.2 east, fta chanells CNN International, BBC News , Sky News and it does this with txt subtitles, at the beginning of the sentence one or two words remain from the previous sentence and after a while the translation starts to fall out as I wrote.
it was already done in the beta version, but then also for dvb subtitles, now I use openatv 7.4, the latest version

So now your issue is only with DVB Subtitle in the official release? if yes, follow the self-troubleshooting update in the first post, although you can see the subtitle option in some channels in some cases, some programs don't have subtitle from stream, just disable the ai-powered translation and check if you can see the original subtitle or not

We misunderstood, dvb titles work correctly with stations that support them. The problem is related to the txt subtitles for the mentioned stations CNN, Sky News, BBC News from satellite 19.2 east, there are always a few words from the previous translation left in the next translation, and after a few minutes the translation starts to fall out completely and a wheel spins in the upper left corner, like in the picture.
it's an official release

I have checked TS stream recorded from CNN, and the issue is from the original subtitle itself, the first line is sometimes fixed and the changes on the second line, disable the AI-Translation and you can see the same issue with the original subtitle.

Hi
I tested the subtitles, but there is a major problem. Channels that have DVB subtitles have a delay in playback. The subtitles are displayed about one to two seconds after speaking. I tried all the subtitle settings, but there was no change. Only the teletext channels were almost fine.
Can you advise whether it can be fixed or not?
Tested on opentv 7.5.1
And 7.4
Re: AI-Powered Translation Official Release
The delay is normal but not 1s or 2s, the DVB Subtitle data is an image each subtitle shown on screen is sent to our backend server so transmission and processing time is making a non-noticeable delay as the server now with the recent version is processing the request in less than 250ms.
First of all, don't change the default settings for the original subtitle, keep it as is and if you are using a VPN connection try to connect directly and check again.
There is a setting on our plugin to define your internet connection speed, try each option and check if it makes it better, note after you change this setting restart your Enigma2 no need for the full reboot.
Regards

Re: AI-Powered Translation Official Release
The subtitles based on artificial intelligence work me after a clean installation of the OpenTV 7.5.1 image. But as soon as I make an update they no longer work. It appears to me [ , ]. With the 7.5 no problem. Do you think there is the possibility of eliminating the error? Thank you
