Both languages are supported, but I need to define the issue first, Is the translation not working for all channels or specific languages? because the answer to this question leads to two different directions.
You can answer the below questions to be able to help:
1- When an AI-powered subtitle is disabled, can you see the original subtitle? if no then the original broadcasted program doesn't have subtitles and no need to answer other questions.
2- What is original language (write it as you can see it on the screen when you are selecting subtitle)?
3- What is your translation language?
4- What is the subtitle type, teletext or DVB?

I tried on channels that have subtitles, and on channels that don't have subtitles.
I use the Serbian language in the receiver.

The trial code is linked with the device Id, so technically the trial will work once on each device, I have sent you a message asking for more information to check the issue you have faced.

It worked for me too, but there are a lot of omissions. Teletext subtitles do not work, DVB subtitles work on one channel, but not on another channel, same provider. The translation does not follow the speech. Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all, and the subtitles just flicker. Lots of flaws, for any subscription. This should be available all the time, not just for 15 days, because it makes no sense to pay for this kind of service.
