Ich habe heute meine Box von Openatv 7.3 Sept. 2023 auf Openatv 7.4 von heute geflasht mit wiederherstellung der Einstellung.
Läuft soweit alles gut!

Was mir sofort aufgefallen ist, die Ändrungen am Display sind krass. Es werden jetzt viel mehr Infos angezeigt, super TOP Arbeit!

Gibt es eigentlich mittlerweile eine Möglichkeit bei dem Gigablue Trio 4K das Disply in Deep Standby aus zu bekommen?

Mir wurde gesagt, Einstellungen übernehmen geht nicht von 7.3 nach 7.4?. Bin ich falsch informiert worden?

Das hat weniger mit der Box zu tun, sondern mit dem User - bzw. dessen Einrichtung mit Einstellungen und Plugins.

Okay, dann nehm ich das so wie das große Update auf meinen Zweitrechner (ACER-Notebook) in openSUSE Tumbleweed wo die GUI von KDEPlasma 5 auf 6 hochgehievt wurde, das ganze zusammen von qt5 auf qt6 (seit einen Monat Baustelle).

Probleme von ATV 7.3 auf ATV 7.4 Einstellungen zu übernehmen,waren eigentlich nur am Anfang,ist aber eigentlich alles sehr gut angepasst worden,kann Dir nur sagen,daß auf allen meinen Receiver die aktuellen Einstellungen auf ATV 7.3 und 7.4 identisch die gleichen sind.Was die DM 900 anbetrifft,kann ich da leider nicht viel dazu sagen,da ich hier noch nie eine Dream am laufen hatte.

Das hängt vom Boxmodell ab. Manchmal ist es möglich, aber meistens ist es nicht möglich.

Python 3.12.3 wurde veröffentlicht könnte man in 7.4 hinzufügen. Über 300 Fehler wurde behoben.

Nun, wenn alles zufriedenstellen läuft, was interessiert der Name? Und ja, der wird geändert, wenn es soweit ist. Wann immer das sein wird.
Es gibt nur den Beschluss, das oATV7.3 demnächst zu freezen, weil es zuviel Arbeit und Ressourcen bedeutet, das auch mitzuschleppen. Die Basics werden zu weit auseinander driften, als dass die weiterhin gemeinsam gepflegt werden können.

Previously the locale/language was installed but it was not selected as active. Simply installing a locale/language will continue to not select the installed locale/language as current.
- Update the embedded screen to current standards.
- Add a skin template dictionary for the new XML template's named index feature.
- Correct the navigation options to current standards.
- Optimize some code and remove some unused code fragments.
- Improve some code variables for clarity.
