Teletext subtiles not working 7.3 or 7.4 tested latest build GigaBlue UHD UE 4K

Both is same problem dvb subitles work but NOT teletext. selected but not visible subtiles.Tested also openvix latest build same channel subtiles work just fine. plz fix

Hello, I have the same problem on my VU duo4k, I hope that one day someone will fix the entire subtitle file.
About 8 months ago I asked to do something about the subtitles, but to date they still don't work as they should, I wrote then "​This problem occurs on my VU+duo 4k, If I set the automatic subtitle language to Dutch, the English subtitle is always displayed, I have already tried with different languages, but the English subtitle is always displayed. Hopefully this can be resolved? The subtitles also regularly hang for +/- 40 seconds and then continue, they are then regularly out of sync and if you turn the film off and back on, it runs fine again for a while.
I don't know what happened with the switch to 7.3 because everything still worked fine in the 6.4 software. In PLI and open VIX there is no problem either, but unfortunately the rest of the controls are not as convenient as those of OpenATV.
I hope that someone will finally solve these problems, many people will be grateful for this.

please test new with 7.4 and create e2 log , we check this after your send the e2 log

Menü.. follow the pictures...and green botton
Reboot the box and reproduziere the mist
Than you can find it under /home/root/log
Attache it as zip here.

Now after so much time the problem is still there, is there really no one who can fix this?
