GB800SE in 2025

I see images are still made available in 2025 for this box, but is it advisable to flash them?
Are there extra things that should be done for such an old box?
I doubt somebody sits and tests this images on a ancient box like this.

I tried a few images from a few years ago but coudln't find one that had DVB-C working on the extra tuner slotted in. 0 Channels detected even on bruteforce all.
Then digging around the internet I found the latest driver had a bug with DVB-C : https://www.gigablue-support.org/gigabl ... -20130621/

was this never fixed? I really need DVB-C.
