Multiboot on Dream ONE/TWO

After run this commands using AIO image:

echo "deb [trusted=yes] https://repo.fury.io/aio/ ./" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/aio.list
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get install rescue-image

I have bootloader v106-v3 and not v110 anymore, but works too (same as 110). No problems here.

But if I want v110 again, I just need:

dpkg -i rescue-image_110_arm64.deb

For use new v111 (4 partitions + recovery), need boot using some AIO image and JUST insert these command lines... after reboot recovery, appear new bootloader from feed AIO.

But, don't forget same warning steps (update front processor, SD warning, rescue... etc) as before from boxpirates.

if there is time, i delete the recovery from the u-boot menu because it is totally unimportant. 4 internal and 4 sdcard slots, recovery can also be done directly from the openatv or via the standby button, images slots are more important.

- I've installed Gemini 4.2 AIO
- then as it must ...

But ! the smooth movement thru GPT Boot Menu seen in
Frank movie ... does not happen ! still jumping chaotic !

Maybe need edit the time to show the "Splash" and config AV settings. I'll send you my setup..

Use this A/V Settings and you'll see the "splash" menu.

How can I find out detailed info about partitions in EMMC flash ?

It seem, for me at least, that partitions are ... oversized ! In 4 Gb
you can allocate 4 images partitions , as you've done in VU+4K !
without any problem ! I have the experience in using 4 partitions
in VU+ Uno 4K SE ... and works like a charm !

P.S. Sorry ! looks different that I've imagine !!!

Richtig wäre natürlich Slot 3 mit aktuell

Ferner wäre es gut, wenn man sich beim Image Backup auch an die die Namenskonventionen von gutemines Bootloader orientieren würde

GPT Plugin by @Cojo and @Sven

If you load into Multiboot DreamOS images you are lost !!! because you
have no coherent method to go back to the main image ! GPT U-Boot Menu
is a failure ! does not understand the RC20 jumps chaotic so is practical of
no use ! Somebody recommended me .. something like press fast twice that
then very fast that ! this in avoiding the issue ... is unprofessional ! or to make
the menu wit 3 entries instead o 4 because is easier to trick it !!!

The GPT Plugin is intended as Multiboot Manager in DreamOS word ! make
all that is needed ,,, but does not work as expected ! because somebody
changed the rules ... overnight !!! Load images into MultiBoot but cannot
find them afterwards ! Anyway ... I decided that is interesting and still need
some help to be synchronized with the latest BL111C ! but worth to test
it into a Open GPT environment ! witch is ... horror ! crime ! and damned !

I've installed Peter Pan AIO as a second image in Slot 2 and look ...

Boot to Peter Pan witch has GPT Plugin installed !

From GPT Plugin I've selected Slot 1 to reboot OpenATV

And ... Reboot to it !

Good job ! GPT Plugin acts as a Multiboot image selector !
Can be installed only in DreamOS images ! but ... good enough !
we have now a coherent exit from them into the main image
or another !!!
