Some cable channels don't have sound

I have a problem with this box that some cable channels don't have sound.
When you switch to one of those, there is sound for a couple of seconds and then just silence.
Is there a way to debug this?

Activate Downmix, set volume of the box to 100%.

Both AC3 and DTS downmix are ON - the default setting.
Volume is 100 but still no sound.

Kannst Du identifizieren welche Art von Ton die betroffenen Kabelkanäle haben? Dazu einfach auf den betreffenden Sender gehen und die GELBE-Taste drücken, dann sieht man welche Art dieser Sender unterstützt.

Can you identify what type of sound the affected cable ducts have? Simply go to the channel in question and press the YELLOW button to see which type this channel supports.



- AC3 (also Dolby 2.0 oder 5.1): fixe Lautstärkeausgabe 100% (Lautstärketaste der Boxfernbedienung hat keine Wirkung)
- MPEG (oder andere): variable Lautstärkeausgabe 0-100% (Lautstärketaste der Boxfernbedienung hat Wirkung)

- AC3 (i.e. Dolby 2.0 or 5.1): fixed volume output 100% (Volume button on the box remote control has no effect)
- MPEG (or other): variable volume output 0-100% (Volume button on the box remote control has an effect)

Perhaps this channels have ac3+/aac sound. There are some problems with this formats on some boxes (vu+ for instance)

Well, die Box ist hoffentlich die "Air DigitalAir Digital Zgemma H8 2H", da er hier in dem Bereich schreibt.
Box also noch ins Profil eintragen, und gern auch im Fehler-Post nennen, damit es klarer wird.
Dann noch das Image benennen, und auch betroffene Sender.
Und ja, Debuglog gibt es HowTos hier im Board (nicht nur zum Thema Debuglog), wo man sicherlich fündig wird.

It must be something in the drivers because a MIPS box, Edision OS Nino+, opens those channels just fine.
