Which image is installed ?
On which Satellite do you wont to do the blindscan?
Which Programm is missing ?

I've asked you this in others posts from you also but never received an answers from you !

The feed broadcast on 10700-12750 frequency is not coming out. I am using openatv 7.4. Is there a blindscan channel?
