As you want, the official one will be exactly the same as mine ! But it's true that 6.4 feeds are not uptodate and will be only with the 6.4 official release. I use my own compiled feeds.

The new drivers are available in this package: octagon-dvb-modules-sf8008_4.4.35+20201119-r1_sf8008.ipk
we can see that the modifications are only on hi-dvb.ko and hi_fb.

Für die Version 6.5 ist der heutige Build draußen 24.11.2020 obwohl es eine TestBuild.
Und Für die Version 6.4 ist kein Build verfügbar! Da läuft aber was schief bei den Build Servern oder beim Team.

Yes there is no risk to install previous drivers on the latest ones.

Yes, I installed the last build and there has been no difference in zapping speed.
So I assume the new drivers are somehow identical to those in that driver package that had solved the problem.

Ok thanks. The drivers are not identical than the one you use to solve your bug. In fact hi-dvb.ko is delivered with a new version in the last package, so again a new version. So the fix is in the last drivers package too.

I will ask to close the referenced github bug concerning this case.

New DefinesatOs version from 20201206 is available containing a lot of sf8008/sf8008m drivers updates dated from 20201202, see screenshot. I think this update has to be commited to oe-a. You made this with the previous update, are you ok to do it for this new one ?
