He probably means two SAT-Tuners.
With my GigaBlue Quad 4K there is also a 5-8 seconds time, when i switch from Tuner A Astra 19.2e to Tuner B Hotbird 13.0e. That is from the beginning, and never was faster.
Switching from DVB-S2 to the tuner DVB-C is stunning fast - like a click away. Back to DVB-S2 is again with a waiting time.

Twin DVB-S2 model.
It was very fast before the driver update in December, now it takes 5 seconds or more zapping from Tuner A to Tuner B.

It was the same with OpenVix, probably all images with latest drivers have this problem.

Yes, I tested several images, with different levels of drivers and had previously reported.
At the moment I have drivers from 2019-10-12, OpenATV 6.3, from here all images with superior drivers do this.

I think there have been some changes with fonts in that latest update, because my subtitle fonts are much bigger now even though I did not change anything.
So probably the fonts used by that skin are not available or recognised anymore.
