gigablue ue 4k bluetooth setup

Hello, I have a gigablue ue4k oatv 7.5, I connected a VU+ bluetooth dongle to it and installed the bluetooth setup plugin. It throws an error message "libpython3.8.so.1.0 cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" error while running". Could you advise me what to do? In OATV 6.4 it worked without problems. Thanks in advance for your advice.
