just a question about options available in multiboot manager with reguards to yellow button to delete or wipe and image.
You can delete an image with yellow button and also restore but I see no option to wipe a deleted image.
I maybe wrong but I thought that was available on older images.
running openatv7.5.1 and 7.6 alpha
Multiboot Manger
Re: Multiboot Manger
Hi Urie,
The code is looking for a recognisable Enigma2 image. If one is found the image is explored and identified. If no Enigma2 can be identified then it is shown as empty.
If you want to wipe the drive completely you should use "MENU > Setup > System > Storage Devices", select the device you want to wipe and then press GREEN and select the action you wish to use.
Regards,
Ian.

Re: Multiboot Manger
The options in the FlashMultiBoot Manager differ from box to box. Some manufacturer don't want / support wipe oder delete actions on all partitions. Some FlashMultiBoots have one partition for one image, others have one big partition with one file as image for each firmware, dynamically sized. So the features differ also (partition delete vs. file delete).
You could tell, which box is affected, because you have both types in your profile (quad4k has 1 for 1, quad4kpro has 1big for all). . .

Re: Multiboot Manger
Thanks for the replies, At the moment I am using gigablue quad uhd 4k pro , it's no great deal it was a question which was also brought up elsewhere and I just realised when I did delete image from a slot 3 for example I could restore but at one time you could after deleting image from slot you wipe that slot so image was gone and not recoverable.Papi2000 hat geschrieben: 02 Apr 2025 13:18 The options in the FlashMultiBoot Manager differ from box to box. I may boot up my older gigablue quad uhd 4k to see if still the same or may try tommorrow on zgemma h9 combo.
But as I mentioned no problem it was just a question
