No AAC sound from a specific movie

Dear all

I am trying to watching a specific movie (stream) on my VU+ Duo2. The movie has an AAC codec and I have the following settings in my menu however, no matter what I do, there is no sound. Picture is absolutely fine. I tried playing the movie on VLC player on my laptop and the sound is there. What can I do to get the sound back ? It only seems to happen with this specific movie. Thanks !

Turn both Downmix to Off and retry.

Ay fail due to bad mp4a encoding in AAC.
Even VLC tells unknown channel masking.
So the PC handles this error, but E2 fails.
Try reencoding coorect or get a better source.
