How to set the bootmenu to automatically start last system or a sytem on slot 1

Hello,
tuner Zgemma H9s se tuner,
OpenATV system on slot 1:
OE system: OE-Alliance 5.4
Software version: openATV 7.4.20240810 (2024-08-09)
Kernel / Drivers: 4.4.35 / 20211207
In the bootmenu in the lower left corner is r318.

MOST IMPORTANT question:
Is it possible to automatically start the last started system (or slot 1 system) from deep standby instead of stopping at the bootmenu?
I always have to manually choose the system. :-(
If so, you can continue 🙂 and please help.

I have OpenATV installed on slot 1 and OpenPLI on slot 3.
OpenATV version 7.4 was installed last.
I use slot 1 (OpenATV) every day and turn tuner off to deep standby.
After turn on, I see the bootmenu every time and it won't start any slot by itself, I have to choose the system to start.
When I choose restart in the loaded system, it restarts correctly to the same system.

In the /boot/ folder of the started system from slot 1 I have files identical to those on the boot partition /dev/mmcblk0p4. Files: bootmenu.conf, STARTUP, STARTUP_ANDROID, STARTUP_ANDROID_DISABLE_LINUXSE, STARTUP_LINUX_1, STARTUP_LINUX_2, STARTUP_LINUX_3, STARTUP_LINUX_4, STARTUP_RECOVERY.
The STARTUP file is the same as STARTUP_LINUX_1. Content:

Code: Alles auswählen

bootcmd=setenv notee y; setenv bootargs $(bootargs) $(bootargs_common); mmc read 0 0x1000000 0x3BD000 0x8000; bootm 0x1000000; run bootcmd_fallback
bootargs=root=/dev/mmcblk0p23 rootsubdir=linuxrootfs1 rootfstype=ext4 kernel=/dev/mmcblk0p19

What could I check and set so that it loads itself to the last system or a system on slot 1?
The tuner is connected only via wifi. When the tuner is waiting for a selection in the boot menu, there is no connection between the tuner and the router, only when the target system is loaded does the tuner connect to wifi.
Does the cable connection change anything and can I see the tuner via ssh during the boot menu? Can I check something then?
How could I check the bootmenu version and how update the bootmenu if possible? Is the bootmenu part of OpenBootManager or boot system of specific brand of tuner? Is installed with OpenATV system or separately?

By the way, a few additional questions.
1. Does the tuner have its own clock and is the time and date maintained in deep standby mode?
2. Does the tuner have own backup power to keep time/date when disconnected from power?

Best regards, Stachu99

Please let me know a link to a manual of reseting a tuner to default settings and data. All of data, partitions and settings also erase all user data with system slots.

Will you call it a reciever not tuner that is a different thing ,

Have you thought of backing up partitions then delete the enigma2 ones in multiboot manager except slot1 and reinstall from usb
as for time it can be recieved via ntp i,e, internet which requires your wifi to be connected or via satellite alway better if possible to be connected via ethernet.

Something is messed up I have a zgemmah9 combo and no such problems it will boot into last slot you were on.

And if you are talking about Factory Reset a lot of people advise not to that but I have never done it so you choice.

I deleted in partition 4 configuration files for slots 2-4. The same in Boot folder of the loaded system on slot 1. Deleted folders with systems 2-4 in partition 23. After reboot also after deep standby the receiver stopped in the bootmenu and I needed push OK to confirm slot 1 with an installed system every time.
In some spare time I'll try remove all 4 folders with systems and resinstal system on slot 1.
I will try install system on slot 1 again

You only delete slots via Multiboot Manager do not go trying to manually delete any files or folders
