Octagon SF8008 Supreme - BSOD When Scanning Service on Tuner B While Streaming Channe

Hi everyone
I'm experiencing a critical issue with the Octagon SF8008 Supreme. Here’s a detailed report on the bug identified. When i use Signal Finder to scan TP and scan Service on tuner B while my PC is streaming on tuner A, i got BSOD 3 times (crash log below) and my box auto restart, cause stream to PC drop a minute. Try to reflash newest OpenATV 7.3 image but still got this error. Any advice how to fix this?

Hi, just took delivery of a new Octagon SF8008 Supreme, and wondering which image to use? Closest I can find is SF8008 4K UHD, will that work? Also, is this the correct Forum for this box? In testing the internal SSD, I find the transfer speed from my PC to the SSD (Samsung 4Tb) to be very slow compared to my current Beyonwiz V2, which looks almost identical to the SF8008, but the spinning USB HDD gets twice the transfer speed. Anything I can do to improve this? Thanks

No, transfer to the internal M.2 is bad. No response from the vendor, nore from direct support. There are also hints to bad PayTV-recordings (allthough not supported in this forum) with 0Bytes. FreeTV seems to work. And it is known, that the speed via USB external is comparable to the normal SF8008.

Thanks for that, that's disappointing, I bought this on the strength of the internal SSD. What about the correct FW download?

Keeping in mind that I don't speak German, even with Google Translate I see nothing there that shows the location of the correct FM? If you are referring to the SSD, Obviously that was installed already. OpenATV only shows SF8008 4K UHD and SF8008 Mini 4K UHD? And the Octagon site doesn't show FW downloads for this box.

I don't have such a box.
If you create an image backup, look for the created name. Then download an image with the same name base. The difference is in the teamname and date-time. But the individual boxname is given as base for all images of that specific box. And also the download only will show compatible images.
