Oh... so... I don't know... only the ----au version is available but not ----bu. I don't know what the difference is... you can try... but it probably won't work.

But it still depends on the manufacturer of the set-top box. For example, when a set-top box manufacturer has ended its existence and does not develop updates... and when there is an outdated linux kernel for this set-top box, it is not easy to make drivers for the old linux kernel for a specific set-top box. Only if the drivers were open source and the developers from the Enigma2 team could recompile the source code for a specific device. But that is not always the case. Or yes ? So that all WIFI USB drivers are always distributed as free / open source.

The driver I described above does not work ? At least try that one.
In the future, you must first look for a working WiFI USB dongle in OpenATV before buying and searching for it in stores.
////// EDIT :
For example, Tenda U2 works perfectly on the Vu+ set-top box in combination with OpenATV 7.3.
But only using a shell script as a small patch, for these new hardware revisions.
However, it doesn't work in the Formuler F4-Turbo (even with my small patch).
