For the weather the plugin is "OA-Weather" download it from the feed
select the city, restart the image, wait a few seconds
and the weather forecast will appear in the Weather Panel and SIB.

changes:
The xtraevent plugin can be installed from feeds
The skin comes with panels with covers etc. to be selected in the Infinity-neo configuration menu options
Therefore, anyone who wants to use these features is required to install the plugin.
If something in the plugin doesn't work [don't ask me] the skin works perfectly

I don't want to weigh it down.

Sorry,but if possible,can you change infinityfhd-v3-neo_openatv_all in for example enigma2-plugin-skins-infinityfhd-v3-neo_openatv_all?Because infinityfhd-v3-neo_openatv_all is not OE-A conform,you can install the Plugin,but not deinstall via green button/red button/Skins,because is not to see there.

I put back the zip file that works for the installation.
In the CONTROL folder there is only the control file, because the skin only needs 3 files in the converters "which I could also remove because they are not indispensable" and the other files are missing (postinst postrm etc etc) this is why from the uninstall button it does not he sees.
I tried to insert these files, but it doesn't work.
You can always uninstall via FTP
Or if there is someone of good will that is able to create the exact package, that is well

Thank you, now everything fits, only one request I would, could you please the Skins always directly here in the forum posts and not over Upload? Because mostly over Upload the Skin after a month is no longer to downloads, see for example your ATV Metrix FHD,the Download is not more possible
