Black line in top of screen
There is a black line showing when watching iptv and youtube.
My resolution is 1980x1080..no issue if i set the output to 720p.
With the default skin everything fine for dvb and no dvb services..
This issue only with metrixhd fhd...only few iptv channels works without that black line showing.

But your issue has nothing to do with the skin, but the streamtype and the output setting of the box in combination with your TV.
If you use another skin, the output-signal dependend on the resolution changes, and your tv reacts on that with little or none overscan. Additional some of the streams out there are not compatible to DVB-standard. That all in combination might give you the trouble with that topline. I don't see any chance, to avoid such effects with non-DVB-standards.

I think its probably a skin issue ..No black line on any iptv channels or youtube video with the default skin with 1080p@50hz..The issue is only with metrix fhd and it happens on +90% of my channels and YT videos..only fews channels show without that line. That why i reported it here in metrixhd topic since this issue only happens with metrix fhd

Yes iPkay i used exactly the same output settings, wich is 1080p/50hz using a full hd tv.
I use youtube plugin by tapaat from the feed and i set the maximun resolution to 1920x1080.
all of youtube videos with fhd resolution have that line and the majority of iptv channels too.
EDIT: i just found this issue already reported in openatv github black line on top of screen watching IPTV channel with 2160p60/50hz output * Issue #1400 * openatv/enigma2 * GitHub
