[7020HDV2] The system does not load

Hello Today I tried to switch from version 6.4 to 7.4 on the decoder. when loading the system on the LCD screen, the progress bar reaches the end and then goes halfway again, and a circle is spinning in the upper left corner. Now when I try to go back to 6.4 the same thing happens. I don't know what could have happened. Please help

You may NOT RESTORE anything from oATV6.4 to oATV7.4, and also NOT from oATV7.4 to oATV6.4.
You may restore your Backup - perhaps that works. Or a clean flash and then flash in software manager.
