Thema: USB-tuner possible?

Hello !
Tested to install USB tuner. not successfull.
It seems that there are no modules in the kernel. For example for em28xx , and the same for dib0700. Drivers has been installed from plugins.
modprobe: FATAL: Module em28xx not found in directory /lib/modules/4.4.35
I assume the box has no resources and the modules has been left out from kernel?
Or can those modules be pushed in and things tested?

Really no comments at all?
I really would like to push this littele box to extremes .
