If you turn on the debug-log in the OpenATV settings + then restart GUI, you probably won't find it there in case of WiFi failure.

In all my testing the DVB-T dual tuners all work fully on a cold boot. They continue to work on a GUI Restart. They all fail on a Reboot. They don't come back online until the receiver and the tuners are cold started.

If you can't switch while Enigma2 is running, then try a quick restart of the Enigma2/GUI, without a full reboot. It takes less time. But ...

2/ Trying to Restart from the GUI still hangs. Restart GUI does work. If there is a log I can upload please give me it's location and name.
Edit: Just did an update of 10 packages: the reboot at the end also hangs.
