The boxes were on same firmware levels:
U4 20240816 - LCN issue first noticed at this level.
V2 20240816 - LCN seems correctly functioning


So I just performed online image flash upgrades with "keep settings", to both boxes:
U4 20240817 - the LCN issue has followed onto this level ...

... and others that it didn't and it seems to be working consistently. Not sure if using Hotkey may have some negative effect on other things functioning correctly but will wait and see.

... on my Mutant HD51 openatv 7.3. The error is - No tuner is available for recording a timer. Get a 20 second timer loop and the error keeps occuring.
Timer is set for 1 tuner only when this happens.
Both tuners are functioning correctly and both have a good signal.
Any ideas please?

Maybe you have installed old unsupported streamlink plugins (Mostly NSFW plugins).

So your channel list may be outdated.
Replace te not functioning ones with corrected by the ones in last_scanned.
Load your actual channel list to the pc into DreamBoxEdit, make the changes, save your work, send back teh result to your box, and restart the box.

I'm not getting the installation and functioning of the EPGImport Plugin.


I tested several Plugins, but none works.
In Feeds there is no such Plugin for download.

1. oATV since two years or so has a stochastic password. To connect via FTP, user MUST set a password in the menue, and use it for root.

Well I think the Bilsdale transmitter can be scanned when it is functioning via AutoBouquetmaker. That includes the Freeview setting for the Bilsdale transmitter. So the missing setting in OpenATV is not a big deal.
