Yeah, found the missing stuff on a mounted network share! Hadn't properly configured local storage (SD card). Seems to be all sorted and will attempt again tomorrow.

Current status.
T2 is still on from the flash upgrade attempt yesterday. Not restarted.

Doing those commands you requested via Putty comes back with:

... Thinking that the power off may have killed the file I tried the flash upgrade again.

There is now a 20250302 version of the firmware, which I attempted to utilize.

Small step forward: several seconds after the dual status bar window appeared, it disappeared - both incomplete, replaced this time ...

Hi BillyBlue,

The screen with the two progress bars should take a few minutes and not seconds. The whole process should take about 10 to 15 minutes.

If you can provide a log of the upgrade attempt we can see if we can explain what happened.

I managed to install IceTV, although during my attempt to do so I repeatedly caused a crash when I pressed the blue key to bring up a Keyboard at the Username and Password prompts.


Perhaps Prl will weigh in on this one. If not, I will have a look at the plugin source code.
