Thema: Full backup fails

Hi

I have a few full backup images of 6.3 and 6.2 but i can not restore them without a error message

I simply use flash online, select the full backup file,select the partition to use and i get a message flash image was not succesfull.
Iv tried a fresh install and upto date in flash and tried the full backup but same error.

I did notice a full backup is about 131mb and a new downloaded image is 256mb

I run the full backup again and i get no errors either

Too add after the error message i still have the flashing image please wait on the screen and nothing happens

any ideas

Just to add after the fail you cant reboot the box either. Power button on remote and power button on box does nothing.
Only option is to telnet

Tried older image and upto date image and still get the error

ok New flash 6,2 in slot one all working fine, full backup and and flash install backup to slot 2 and fails

Can anyone test if they get the same error please

Multiboot yes thats why i said slot 1 and slot 2 etc
