Thema: Tuner B stops working

Hi all,

occasionally, which is quite often, the B tuner stops working on my premium twin 2xDVB-C/T2 receiver. It just gives a black screen and recordings on the tuner are not carried out.
If I shut it down on the switch, or go into the settings and disable and enable the tuner again, it begins working. This is very annoying, as I don't know if it's the firmware or hardware which has the problem. The problem with empty recordings also occurred with the official firmware, so maybe it has to do with the hardware?
could any logs reveal this problem?

any tips to what I could do about it?

Well, I didn't solve the problem, so got the box replaced. Hopefully it doesn't appear again. It is said that the Premium boxes are replaced with newer revisions when repaired. Does anyone know what to look for to see if it is the newest revision?
