Thema: plugins are not available at old oATV5.x

some plugins are not available :
systemplugins/SoftwareManager { No module named Infopanel,SoftwarePanel}

Good evenig, whenever i press the plugin button i get this Warning and if i press the blue button for the Mgcamd or CCcam , the Image crash, rebooting and it works again but i Can Not use the blue button.
How can i get rid of this problem ? Can i solve it without re-flashing a new Image?
Where can i can back up the and my Setting ?

You have installed a plugin, that is not matching your image version. so you need to deinstall that bad plugin, or flash new. Look in the HowTos for your questions regarding saving and restoring anything. There are also help videos from e2world. Those help topics where made, to answer all those questions...

Many thanks for your help , i will try fixing this issue, to be honest , i do not remember which plugin i had installed recently . If i simply update the image , will it work properly ? it has not been updated since 2016. simply afraid to lose my setting and Ci +. I wonder if CI + works with all Open ATV images? I personally reckon Open ATV the best Image i have ever used .
