Mp4 playback out of sync problem

When I play a record(.ts file) using pvr button or media player plugin on my Vu+ Uno 4k Se with Openatv 6.3, it plays without image-sound sync problem.But if I first compress the .ts file into a mp4 file using my Windows Pc, then play the mp4 file on my stb, the sound plays either earlier or later than image, a sync problem happens.But if I play the same compressed mp4 file on my Pc, there is no out-of-sync problem.

How can I solve this issue, is there a certain right setting while compressing and converting into a mp4 or any other solution?

I tried using Avidemux app, I first tried to play the mp4 file using this app and the result was out-of-sync problem exactly as when I played it on my stb.Then using Avidemux I tried to add delay to audio(or make it faster) , it worked but it's a bit too much work for me, adjust ,test,adjust,test.(and I am recording Tv programmes everyday)..Also this method has some other problems too.

The real solution for me is to convert the .ts files to Mkv format instead of Mp4 (using Handbrake or Vlc app), seems like it solved the video-audio out-of-sync problem.
