backup path
Please, could you tell me the backup path on HD?
I saw that in /media /hdd /backup_openatv_gbquadplus there is a backup of the settings ... (enigma2settingsbackup.tar.gz),
but the backup done with the blue button> "Software manager" > "Complete Backup" > "Ok" > "Green button" > "Backup to destination: /media/hdd", where is it written?
Maybe in /media/hdd/images?
If so, why are there files with old dates and not with today's date? Furthermore, the backup should not be in zip format, how was it done once?[FONT=arial][I][COLOR=#0000ff]Gigablue Quad Plus

Hello and thanks .
kRel's problem may be somewhere else - according to the screenshot he enclosed, it will not be a missing 7zip tool in an older OpenATV installation.
@kRel:
I don't know very well the backup process in OpenATV. But I dare at least to estimate the possible cause of the error. The error occurs when creating a "/media/hdd/images/bi/rootfs.bin" file as 151MB big size. So it is quite possible that the file will not be created because there is insufficient free space in the internal flash memory, i.e. if you do not use a USB memory stick. If you are using a USB memory stick, the problem may be in its incorrect mounting on the system or it must be formatted to Ext filesystem, because on FAT32, if I am not mistaken, it is not possible to backup Enigma (if I'm wrong, correct me, thank you, sorry).
However, these are only simple possible causes. The error may be somewhere deeper, which unfortunately does not show the screenshot.
To get better information about the problem, you should enable debug logging in the OpenATV MENU. As already written by @arn354 (community administrator). Then restart the set-top box. And after the error, just attach the LOG file (from the "/home/ root / logs" folder) here, to the discussion forum.
