Sorry, my problem was solved after few minutes ago :-).

I reinstalled the forced openssl package: opkg install --force-reinstall openssl
Now the openssl tool works:

OpenSSL 1.0.2q  20 Nov 2018

Apparently, this was an OpenATV 6.3-beta bug combined with incomplete updates on this beta.
Please delete this TOPIC or leave it for other users, it may help someone who also uses the beta version of OpenATV 6.3.

Hello.

Please where is the OpenSSL located in OpenATV ?
I can not start the tool openssl even if package is installed.
I need the opensll base64 for TPL picons encoding.
