openatv 6.1 problem with dtt sky led blu

I have got dreambox 900 uhd and I have got problem with sintonization channels dtt with sky led blu.
I have downloaded from panel driver dtt usb 9035 and infact dtt usb has been seen into panel, but zero channels found.

Perahps I had read that it was necessary installing everything only by telnet

Could you please write here the exact commands to send by telnet??
