What is it to serve exactly ? What exactly format do you need to convert ? From what source do you want to access the mp3 encoder (internet stream, nework disk, USB disk) ?

You are talking about the FAV list (userbouquest files). So does that mean you want to play media files even from the list of tuned satellite channels ? In this case, you need a program that modifies userbouquets files with satellite channels and not an MP3 converter (encoder).
