Thema: Lcd problem venton hd2

Hi does anyone know how to fix this problem with the lcd - - - - - - - - - - - - - - this is what i get

All i did was unplug the box for an hour and when i booted it up again these lines have appeared,i have looked inside to check nothing was loose but everything looks ok

Sorry no it has dashes and the name of the channel i am viewing but its very hard to see what channel is on view...i have had this problem on and off with every image i have tried so i,m wondering if there is maybe something wrong with the box itself but it seems to be a common intermittent fault with these boxes as i have read of other people with this issue and there dont seem to be a answer.

i think it seems to be a driver problem, please use new image or change drivers in /lib/modules/3.6.0/extra -> dvb.ko
Are you shure, that all the testet images are not old one´s?

Please test the older drivers from september, with these dvb.ko it should definitly run. If then is a problem still with your display, it can be a hardware problem.

use a ftp tool like filezilla
connect to stb
go to folder /lib/modules/3.6.0/extra
there rename or delete old file dvb.ko and replace with the dvb.ko from september
rights have to be 755
reboot the stb
