Thema: spinner keeps spinning

Hi Guys

I have a zgemma h2s using open atv 6 with 64 gb sd card for storage etc

was working great to a few days ago , now am getting the spinner in top left
every minute of so

I have not added or changed anything

also now its very slow to respond when I press buttons
there is a delay , which I did not have before
Im useing the iptv on it

and sat and its the same on both

many help would be greatful
