Venton hdx3 - Rebooting issue - fw 2013.10.26

Hello

STB still doesn' reboot after one night or more in deep standby. Restart by rear switch is necessary.

Please consider quick fixing.

Sorry, no crash. Do I have to look for other files? However this issue was holding also under previous fw versions.

Another point: after rebooting by rear switch, the box remains stuck on booting.

Hope you can get a sample of this receiver to check these issues.

i have a hdx3 and no issues box is working

can you flash ventonhdx image fresh without restore your settings, and do not no extra addons plugins skin softcams , work the box 1-2 days ?

tip: then box is crashing normal a crash log was save under /home/root/logs please check this folder

The issue still holds, addons/plugins installed or not.

Cannot understand why no such problem with Vu+ultimo, OdinM9, optibox evo with same addons/plugins...

Hello

I wonder if anybody else is facing this problem, still holding under fw 2013.11.05.

Just set the box in deepstandby before going to bed, and restart by remote next morning : it won't do, you''ll have to restart by the rear switch.

Also I found that setting to deepstandby by remote often causes freezing, actually the box does not shut off.
