Thema: Crash after pressing menu button

Hi all,

I have a problem with my Evo Enfinity that runs openatv 5.1. It all works fine after flashing the image but after installing some apps (and some time) the box gives me a blue screen when pressing the menu button on the remote. I would rather fix the real problem then continue to keep flashing the box.

I have attached the crashlog and hope that someone can help me out here...

Can someone please help me on what to do to my Vu+ Duo2.
I did the following:
(1) I flash the Vu+ Duo2 with openatv-5.3-vuduo2-20160628_usb.zip ( it was unzip and copied to USB formatted with FAT32)
(2) After flashing I rebooted
(3) I was ask to select, then I selected as follows: HDMI > 1080i > Multi > English> Use wizard to set up basic features > Tuner configuration
(4) On getting to 'Tuner configuration', I shut the Vu+ Duo2 receiver down to fetch something
(5) After I got back, I switched the receiver on again and its just showing OPEN ATV logo on the screen without booting for about 5minutes.
I don't really know what is happening now.
Please what should I do so it can continue booting?
