puase button

dont know if its a bug or what? but ive got a problem with the openatv 5.1 image. when watching a movie in media center and i press pause then un pause the picture freezes. when i press stop the movie goes back to the begining and i have to seach all the way to where i was.... annoying.
can someone have a look at this pls.
my box is tm-nano t3.
on openatv 4.2 image the pause button works fine.
