There ist a hardware bug, which affects the jack audio output :

Edision os mini + no sound comes out [risolto]
I have to use an old TV.
SCART socket only.
In the Osmini+ the sound from the RCA output, does not work.
The suggestion to maximize the volume and restart the receiver does not work.
The volume resets, as soon as you use the remote control.
I have solved it by doing a kernel downgrade.
Flashing an old image OpenATV(2016) found on the net.
Kernel: linux version 4.8.0
Image : OpenATV 5.3 build 0 (october 2016)
Now the sound volume is perfect.
Trying to update the image on line, the problem returns with the volume returning almost to zero.
Restoring the backup image, with the 4.8 kernel I had made, everything is back OK.
I hope this suggestion can help someone
