Thema: Constant freezes

Hello,

I get constant freezes of Enigma2. The spinning wheel sghows up and box is unusable.
That happens when i zap for example 40 channels on next zap is shows the spinning wheel and freezes.
I suspect it happens during tuning or something.

Can someone give me advice on this or workaround?
Or is there somewhere i can watch enigma log so to see what was last call?

For info i run OpenATV 4.2 on Optimuss OS3+ with dish conected to tuner B and A is loop thought B.
I dont have any extra plugins. Image is freshly flashed.

I hope to a solution because i have to constantly hard reboot my box which makes it unusable. Thank in advance!!

I'm not an expert but this looks like a kernel crash to me.

yes it is a kernel crash.
According to my linux programming skills seems some package tries to do something that kernel dont know about and it crashes.
the porblem is i get this very constant and i was wondering do someone know what package can cause this so to remove it and test.
Otherwise i am not sure what to do.

Or do someone have idea how to fix this in the image. since there is problem with image and how it address kernel's memmory. It is really unusable if i have to hard reboot my box few times for day

Why do you want to install 4.1? I think the drivers are the same.

Because if 4.1 is with older kernel the problem may not exists.
The best will be if someone fix 4.2 (or drivers) since if there is not this crash is great image.

On 4.1 same problem. It needs to be repaired.
