Thema: OpenATV 7.0 for Dreambox 800SE

Thank you again. I tried to install it over MultiMiniBoot like the other images, f.i. Openatv 6,4.

MMBoot does install it and after installing, automatically the system reboots and that's correct, but wenn 7.1 starts to boot, unfortunately, it freezes and the blue signal does't blink anymore, but remains steady, although there is still 11 Gb free space on my USB-Stick. Any Ideas?

I can't help you since I don't know how MultiMiniBoot works, but a bootlog will help you diagnose the problem (Google "dreambox bootlog" for instructions).

Hai Wiciu,
I found out, that the reason for non booting is quite simple; because the root is PY2 and the 7.1 is PY3 and that's logical, that the proces stocks, because MMBoot is not supported under PY3. I'll try your way of installing and will let you know, how it went.
