Timeshift issue openatv
hello everybody
Timeshift does not work well in Enigma 6.3 and 6.4 It works partly in Enigma 6.2 The problem is when seeking forward or seek back freezing and glitch video
and sometimes the box does not respond, especially in HD channels and 4K channels. Several different storage media were used: USB2 and USB3 and
USB 3.0 external HDD and the problem remains in all openatv updates

There appears to be something related to the hardware, the external storage media has
been tried on the Dreambox 800HD SE OpenATV 6.1 and the results are great for fast forward or fast backward .
, the same problem exists in the Dinobot 4K box
any idea please

Daily update from the support team is useless, as long as the most important feature in the device does not work well, what is the benefit?!!
