Untertitel wie abschaltbar

Bei mir werden oft Untertitel angezeigt,
die würde ich gerne abschalten,
finde aber nicht die Stelle wo man das abshaltet.

Das fällt mir bei ARD nd ZDF auf, aber auch bei Filmen die ich abspiele...

Please load latest software and latest bolt bootloader. All problems with subtitles are solved

When you load external subtitle and if it doesn't work please place log.

I am in China every day to update the openATV firmware, watch PowerVu channel loaded subtitles are not very ideal, look forward to solve the problem, thank you.

Subtitle should been no problem when it follow the DVB standards. I assume you mean the DVB subtitle and not TTX Subtitle.
Mut@nt is a trademark for European market and not China. I assume you use Chinese font characters for subtitle. Probably you need to load manual the characters packages for China fonts and characters.

Do not have any relationship with the country, problems of loading caption box itself fatal freeze, streaming direct crash loading subtitles. Such a low level of the problem is that you really do not know?

Tell me first the language of the subtitles. Are it DVB, TTX or like SRT subtitles?

I am pretty sure it's country related as otherwise we had the same problem here in Europe.
