    h9combo: Internal SATA disk possible?

    Hi to all,

This box has internal sata connector, however when connecting ext4 formatted disk to it it is not recognized.
When connecting via sata to usb interface to usb port, the disk is detected.
Someone can tell if internal ata in this box is activated and can be used? Someone has internal ata disk working in h9combo?

    Kind regards,

Yes, I took a 60GB SSD and it works after some problems. My first attempt to use it failed because of a bad cable connections, there is not much space in the case.
    Try to reverse the cables.
Your drive is pre-formatted with ext4, perhaps this is the problem.
I initialized (formatted) the ssd with openatv. By default it seems to be formatted with ext3. Somewhere within openatv I found an menu item "convert from ext3 to ext4", but I don't remember where it is.

Thanks for the replies. From them I conclude it should be working and my box probably has a defect.
I did some tests with several disks.
I used internal power from box and external power supply. Makes no difference.
Internal power seems not to be the problem.
Connected to usb disks are seen. SATA not.
I will look into it more deeply

    Regards,

    The problem is solved.
After reflashing the recovery firmware only (bootparameters?) it is working as intended.
    Thanks all for help.
