hot bird 4k1

Hello to all, I have problems with my h7s decoder especially on the hot bird channel 4k1, unhooks the image and I have no audio. I state that with the same antenna using the sat TV receiver the channel is seen well and feels the same.
Does anyone find myself my problem?

Which audio tracks has the channel?

AAC-HE, AC3, EAC or maybe AC4 (vision)

the test channel have issue on all e2 boxes, its a test channel not more

How come only from decoder emigma2?
as I have already described above, as a counter-test I used the TV tuner and I did not have these problems that's why I had the doubt that depends on some settings on the decoder, hopefully with the new version of openatv 6.3 this bug is fixed.
