LAN Streaming using Windows 7 Mediacenter as Client... is it possible ?
Hi all,
I was wondering if there is any chance to play my TV Channels via LAN using Windows Mediacenter.
I discovered that DVBLogic has a tool (DVBlink for Dreambox) to use mediacenter as a streaming application, simply by tuning the channels from the BOX and manage it directly from mediacenter.
They require a PLi image, what is missing from OpenATV to work like a PLi Image ?
I already tried DVBlink for Dreambox, setting the IP, the port http (same as WEBIF) and Streaming Port (same as Webif) and it doesn't works, seem than DVBlogic software can't connect to gather channel list.
Any suggest ?
My target is to easily change channel from another PC on my network using a remote control.
Actually the only way to stream is from WEBIF and Windows Mediaplayer.
Thanks Alot

Thanks BA.
This is thje port i'm actually using also on WEBif for streaming and there, it works properly.
On DVBLink settings it ask for an IP of the Box, a control HTTP port and a streaming port (8001), then the Enigma version, and i set Enigma2 at the end
the software seems to be unable to grab the channel list from my box.
Anyone got streming, using any Windows application (excluding a browser and WEBIf) ?
Thanks again for your amazing work.
