    external HDD - NTFS format

Greetings to all and many thanks for this awesome and helpful forum.

As mush as I love my OS2, this problem is very troublesome..

With image 4.x but also with image 3, whenever I connect my external HDD (or any HDD) formatted in NTFS to my Optimuss, I get the blue "loading sign" and my remote freezes. I cannot press any button. The channel keeps playing though.
Even if I disconnect my NTFS external HDD, it stays frozen..
I have to hard reset with ON/OFF button.

Bottom line, is there any way I can use any external HD disk with NTFS (Windows compatible) format?
I have installed the ntfs plugin from the inside menu of the OS2 but no changes.

What can I do guys? this is a very silly problem but also serious to me.
    Thanks.

When you have the permanent spinner you should post the file /var/log /messages, propably this can help.

On one USB port there is a wifi adapter and on another there is a USB stick initialized by optimussos2.
On the third USB port I am connecting external HDD NTFS again and here it is:
